Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Loews is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland, and is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers through various channels, including email, phone calls, and live chats, to assist with any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. 3. Work closely with the Customer Success team to gather feedback and insights from customers to continuously improve our products and services. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and guidance on how to maximize their experience with our company. 5. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align on customer success initiatives. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and regularly update customer profiles in our database.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations. 3. Confident in communicating with customers and problem-solving skills. 4. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 5. Creativity in finding innovative solutions to customer issues. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
