Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping questions, and other inquiries - Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency - Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
