Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Straumann Holding AG is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This is a remote part-time position where you can work from home. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in the development of customer success processes and procedures - Provide product support and training to customers as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to think strategically and drive results - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
