Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Lear is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalations in a timely manner. 4. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable and effective support to customers. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Create and maintain customer success documentation and resources for internal and external use. 7. Assist with onboarding new customers and providing ongoing training and support as needed. 8. Participate in special projects and initiatives to help drive customer success and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Independent and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough research to address customer issues. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
