Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Associate at International Paper in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. Your main goal will be to understand customer needs and provide them with solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trust and rapport - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues - Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them on how to use our offerings effectively - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and gather feedback - Handle customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or sales - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
