Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Peabody Energy is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a leading global energy company, Peabody Energy is committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer service to our clients.


As a Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and will work closely with our sales and support teams to address any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to customers to provide assistance, gather feedback, and promote our products and services.


Key responsibilities of the Customer Success Associate include:


- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers - Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries - Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement - Collaborating with the sales and support teams to address customer needs - Conducting customer training and onboarding sessions - Developing and implementing customer success strategies - Analyzing customer data and feedback to measure success and identify trends


To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership and cooperation skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. While no prior experience is required, a strong customer service background is preferred. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is also beneficial.
