Job Description:
As a Customer Success Associate at Voya Financial, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued success with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, you will work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on customer requests, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and address any issues - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on customer requests - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training as needed - Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving customer success strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Strong negotiation skills - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
