Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Success Associate to join our team at Altria Group in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Success Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Gather customer feedback and communicate trends to the product development team - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Confident and hardworking personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Cooperation and innovation skills - Fluency in English and German - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
