Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description: As a Customer Success Associate at Southern, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will work from home, supporting clients in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, and providing excellent service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Handle inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and feedback - Conduct research to better understand customer preferences and behaviors - Work with a team to achieve customer success goals and KPIs
