Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Trinity Industries is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Understand customer needs and objectives to develop strategies for success - Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products - Provide training and support to customers as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Track and report on key customer success metrics - Act as the voice of the customer within the organization


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Reliable and dedicated personality traits - Creativity and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
