Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager at AmerisourceBergen will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. As a key point of contact, you will act as a liaison between our company and the customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs and goals. 2. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 5. Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to implement customer feedback and improve overall customer experience. 7. Develop and maintain customer success plans for each client. 8. Provide product demos and training sessions for customers as needed. 9. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance and support on best practices. 10. Keep up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or account management. 3. Independent and passionate individual with strong leadership and research skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
