Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Kohl’s is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Proactively monitor customer usage and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure customer needs are met - Provide training and support to customers as needed - Analyze data to track customer success metrics and make data-driven decisions - Act as an advocate for the customer within the company, representing their needs and concerns - Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
