Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Capital One Financial. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will work remotely from Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements - Monitor customer success metrics and provide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing customers

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company - Reliable and confident personality traits - Excellent planning and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
