Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Xcel Energy is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and foster ongoing engagement - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our products and services - Identify areas for improvement and work proactively to address customer challenges - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer success metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in a customer success or account management role - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to travel as needed
