Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess strong soft skills such as cooperation and leadership.


Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with key customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions that meet customer needs - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
