Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Roche Holding AG is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support requests - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction - Monitor customer usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and proactive engagement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to track trends and identify areas for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and persuasion skills to engage customers and drive adoption - Reliable and professional work ethic - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
