Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description: Norfolk Southern is currently seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and video conferences - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer accounts, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and product adoption - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training as needed - Contribute to the overall success of the customer success team by sharing insights and best practices

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently - Experience in a customer-facing role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
