Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team at R.R. Donnelley & Sons. As a part-time Associate level role based in Zurich, Switzerland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively meet the needs of our customers - Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer loyalty and revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide timely solutions - Analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer success or similar role - Passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers - Creative problem solver who can think outside the box to find solutions - Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
