Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

State Farm Insurance Cos. is seeking a driven and motivated Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking for a remote work option.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Act as a liaison between the customer and various internal departments to address any issues or concerns - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Provide training and support to customers on how to maximize the benefits of their insurance policies - Monitor customer success metrics and KPIs to track and report on the effectiveness of customer success initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Confident and energetic personality traits - Ability to effectively manage people and resources - Experience in strategic planning and execution - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
