Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Comcast is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Success Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Proactively reach out to customers to address any issues or concerns they may have - Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Conduct research to understand customer trends and preferences - Assist with customer onboarding and training processes as needed


Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in a customer service or customer success role preferred - Reliable and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to cooperate with colleagues and stakeholders effectively - Strong research skills to gather data and information to better serve customers
