Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description: Leica Geosystems AG, a leading provider of advanced measuring and imaging solutions, is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, resilient, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Product Development, to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. - Assist with training and onboarding new customers to ensure successful adoption of our products and services. - Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records and track customer interactions.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Comfortable using technology and learning new software applications. - Energetic and resilient personality traits. - Teamwork and adaptability soft skills.
