Job Description - Customer Success Representative


Job Description:


Mammut Sports Group AG is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - No prior experience required - Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong commitment to customer service - Critical thinking skills to problem-solve and find effective solutions for customers - Leadership skills to take initiative and go above and beyond to meet customer needs - Excellent communication skills in both English and German - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
