Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Leica Geosystems AG is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support - Identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure a positive experience - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues - Utilize decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts - Use persuasion skills to encourage customers to take advantage of additional products or services - Provide regular reports on customer feedback and satisfaction to management - Foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
