Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Fidelity National Financial is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. In this part-time, entry-level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products and services - Act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the company


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Strong negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Remote work experience is a plus - Must have access to reliable transportation
