Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Ingredion is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, and possess strong decision-making and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals - Collaborate with internal teams to address any customer issues or concerns in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services - Analyze customer data and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for improvements - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers - Meet and exceed individual and team goals for customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
