Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Representative at 3M in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence as you will need to effectively communicate with customers to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests. - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are getting the most value out of our products and services. - Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed. - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Help develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention. - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and insights.

Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. - Resilient in the face of challenges and able to adapt to changing circumstances. - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. - Leadership skills to be able to influence and inspire others. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. - No previous experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
