Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description: Core-Mark Holding is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, and possess strong planning and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions - Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product training and support - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess their needs - Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs - Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and drive retention - Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management - Confident and energetic personality - Strong planning and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
