Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support. 2. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and other communication channels. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Identify opportunities for product or service improvement based on customer feedback. 5. Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training and support as needed. 6. Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. 7. Track customer success metrics and provide regular reports to management. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. 5. Adaptability to changing customer needs and market conditions. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
