Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Success Representative to join our team at Land O’Lakes. As a Customer Success Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing exceptional support to our customers in the Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH area. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no years of experience required.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, issues, and feedback - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the team - Educate customers on products and services to maximize their experience and satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Contribute to the overall success of the customer success team by sharing best practices and suggestions for improvement
Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems and address customer needs - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a reliable internet connection and designated workspace for remote work
