Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and growth - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer problems - Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs - Strong leadership skills to influence and engage customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
