Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at CST Brands, a leading company in the retail industry located in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand - Provide expert assistance and guidance to customers regarding our products and services - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns - Collaborate with other departments to improve products and services based on customer feedback - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet individual and team KPIs related to customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Reliable and able to work independently - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
