Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Sonova Holding AG is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are resilient, motivated, and possess strong problem-solving and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Sonova's products and services. 2. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 3. Identify and address customer needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty. 7. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Fluent in English and French (additional language skills are a plus). 7. Resilient and motivated with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
