Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Norfolk Southern is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional support and service.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on our offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Monitor customer health and proactively address any potential issues or concerns - Prepare and deliver presentations to customers highlighting the value of our products and services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 1+ years of experience in customer service or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and presentation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
