Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Kraft Heinz in Geneva, CH. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure their success with our products and services. You will act as a liaison between the customer and our internal teams to identify and address any issues or concerns they may have.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Identify customer needs and help them achieve their goals with our products - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively - Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Monitor customer usage data to identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to retain them - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Motivated and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Strong creative thinking and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus - Fluency in English and German is preferred
