Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and independent Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer adoption - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Utilize innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and loyalty - Track and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer success program

Requirements: - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently and proactively address customer needs - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement and find creative solutions to challenges - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus
