Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and independent Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer adoption - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Utilize innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and loyalty - Track and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer success program
Requirements: - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently and proactively address customer needs - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement and find creative solutions to challenges - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus
