Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Mikron Group. This position is part-time and is based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Provide excellent customer service and support through various channels such as email, phone, and chat - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving customer success - Create and maintain documentation for customer success processes


Requirements: - Passionate and confident personality - Excellent communication skills - High emotional intelligence - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
