Customer Support Assistant

As a Customer Support Assistant at Alcoa in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with marketing and sales initiatives to promote customer retention
