Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and independent Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Apache in Zurich. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Assist with order processing and tracking shipments - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to improve customer experiences
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong people management and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
