Job Description:
Apache is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer support - Excellent people management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions - Proficiency in using customer support tools and software - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Experience working remotely and a high level of self-motivation - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
