Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet, a leading medical device company located in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate level.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to assist with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist with order processing, tracking, and coordination to ensure timely delivery. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Assist in resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 7. Develop a deep understanding of Zimmer Biomet products to effectively communicate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
