Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Reynolds American is looking for a dedicated and independent Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. 4. Utilize persuasion techniques to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 4. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. 5. Demonstrated innovation in problem-solving and solution implementation. 6. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and sell products to customers.
