Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant


Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive in Geneva, Switzerland. As a part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and make recommendations to customers - Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
