Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, orders, and general information about our products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support process - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with customer support software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
