Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team at PBF Energy. This part-time position, located in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, is at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote customer support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues - Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing customer support procedures and protocols - Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience - Contribute to the overall success of the customer support team by meeting and exceeding performance goals

Requirements: - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to think strategically and analyze customer data - Experience in customer support or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
