Job Description:


Insight Enterprises is currently seeking a confident and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and general support - Use negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement - Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


Requirements: - Confident and hardworking attitude to deliver exceptional customer service - Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult situations with grace and empathy - Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively - Comfortable working in a remote environment, with access to a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
