Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Travelers Cos. is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, resolving issues, and providing information on products and services. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate any issues or trends to management in a timely manner. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong people management and presentation skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Fluency in German and English required.
