Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Ford Motor Company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support. The successful candidate will be driven and resilient, with strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Document customer interactions and gather feedback to improve the overall customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and provide solutions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
