Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Zurich Insurance Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This position is part-time with an entry-level seniority level and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and solutions to customer issues and escalations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers - Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions - Strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics

Requirements: - Dedicated and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strategic planning and innovation soft skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
