Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Hess is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software - Must be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
