Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Lowe’s is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud as a Customer Support Associate. In this part-time, entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all patrons of our store.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have - Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Driven and resourceful attitude - Attention to detail and strong planning skills - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience necessary
